Making

a Difference

In New York—and in many parts of the country—

the extreme challenges of homelessness impact

all cities and residents. We are a real estate development firm based in New York that collaborates with nonprofits, housing providers, and government agencies to offer permanent housing solutions for temporarily sheltered homeless individuals. While one company cannot resolve the entire issue, we believe in making

a difference by helping one person at a time.

Permanent Housing

We believe that homelessness is not just about lacking physical shelter—it's about the loss of security, community,

and belonging. By providing permanent housing, we offer not just a roof over one's head, but a pathway to stability and dignity.

Dedicated Caseworker

After a tenant moves into an apartment they often no longer have a caseworker from the shelter they came from.

To address this, we assign each tenant a caseworker knowledgeable about current government assistance programs. These caseworkers provide guidance, education, and referrals to necessary services.

Community

At the heart of our mission is a belief in the transformative power of community. Through our diverse programs

and collaborative partnerships, we actively connect our residents with local community resources. This engagement fosters a profound sense of belonging and empowerment.
