We are a real estate development firm based in New York that collaborates with nonprofits, housing providers, and government agencies to offer permanent housing solutions for temporarily sheltered homeless individuals.

After a tenant moves into an apartment they often no longer have a caseworker from the shelter they came from.

To address this, we assign each tenant a caseworker knowledgeable about current government assistance programs. These caseworkers provide guidance, education, and referrals to necessary services.
